Eligibility and registration
• The Olympiad is open to students of classes 6 to 10.; students must enter correct name, class, school and contact details. Incorrect details can lead to cancellation of registration or results.
• Registration is complete only after successful online fee payment before the last registration date mentioned on the website. Late or incomplete forms may be rejected.
Fees, payment and refund
• Exam fee is payable online through the payment options shown.
• The registration fee is non refundable and non transferable, even in case of absence, technical issues at the student’s end, or withdrawal from the exam.
Exam schedule and conduct (online)
• Exam date, time and login details (link, user ID, password) will be sent by email/SMS and displayed on the dashboard; students must check these regularly and keep credentials safe.
• Students must log in at least 10 minutes before the exam start time from a quiet place, and follow all on screen and proctor/invigilator instructions.
• Any form of cheating, screen sharing, using external help, impersonation, or tampering with the test platform can lead to immediate disqualification and cancellation of results without refund.
Technical requirements and responsibilities
• Students must arrange a suitable device (desktop/laptop/tablet as specified), compatible browser, webcam/microphone, and a stable internet connection with sufficient data and backup power.
• The organiser is not responsible for issues such as power failure, poor internet, device malfunction, or interruptions at the student’s location. In such cases, the exam may be treated as attempted or absent; any reschedule is purely at the organiser’s discretion.
• Students should test their system and internet in advance.
Syllabus, pattern, results and certificates
• Syllabus and exam pattern are made available to you; registering implies that the student has reviewed and accepted these details.
• The organising body’s decision on evaluation, ranking, tie breaking, awards and scholarships is final; requests for re evaluation or re checking will not be entertained.
• Results and e certificates will be published/issued only through the official website or registered email; timelines will be announced separately.
Data privacy, communication and consent
• By registering, the student and parent/guardian consent to the collection and use of personal data (name, school, class, contact information, scores) for exam administration, result publication (including merit lists) and communication related to the Olympiad.
• Contact details may be used to send admit cards, OTPs, exam instructions, results, certificates and information about future Olympiads; promotional communications will follow applicable laws.
• For students under 18, the parent/guardian confirms that they have read these terms, consent to the student’s participation, and accept all rules on the student’s behalf.
Changes, cancellations and limitation of liability
• The organiser may modify exam timings, platform, or format, or postpone/cancel an exam in case of technical failures, legal/regulatory directions, or other unavoidable events; information will be shared via official channels.
• In case of cancellation by the organiser, liability will be limited to refunding the fee or offering an alternative exam date, at the organiser’s discretion. The organiser is not liable for travel, gadget or data costs or any indirect loss.
